[src/trunk]: src Add `-h' and `-y' to `Usage' (which were missing there);
details: https://anonhg.NetBSD.org/src/rev/f86f8f93ed12
branches: trunk
changeset: 768365:f86f8f93ed12
user: wiz <wiz%NetBSD.org@localhost>

description:
Add `-h' and `-y' to `Usage' (which were missing there);
synchronize the options list from `Usage' with its own summary,
and re-outline that list;
two corrections in the order of the options in (parseoptions) list;
a small punctuation change;
remove trailing whitespace in one line.
