- bring some command definitions on par with their code
- describe the arguments that can be passed to NetBSD DOM0 kernel (bootdev,
console, ip, nfsroot, pciback.hide)
- document the "modules" command to boot(8)
- Xen is a trademark, hence .Tn
- add a reference to pcictl(8) for getting PCI IDs (used by pciback.hide)
Bump date.
