description:
Instead of polluting motgreg.h with AllWinner specific registers (things
were getting out of hand), move the AllWinner reg definitions to
arch/arm/allwinner/awin_otgreg.h and include that instead of
dev/usb/motgreg.h when MOTG_ALLWINNER is defined.
