Add new tests read_d_write_d_handshake[12] in t_ptrace_wait{,3,4,6,id,pid}

read_d_write_d_handshake1:
    Verify PT_READ_D with PT_WRITE_D handshake

read_d_write_d_handshake2:
    Verify PT_WRITE_D with PT_READ_D handshake
