description:
- Make the GET_CURLWP actually return curlwp, not &curlwp.
- exception_return(): Use GET_CURLWP directly, rather than a dance
acount GET_CPUINFO.
- Introduce SET_CURLWP(), to set the curlwp value.
- Garbage-collect GET_FPCURLWP.
