add support kernel profiling on aarch64

- add MCOUNT_ENTER, MCOUNT_EXIT macro
- __mcount() function should be aligned
- add "-fno-optimize-sibling-calls" option when PROF. for accurate profiling, it is better to suppress the tail call.
