Update gdb/dwarf2expr.c hack for earmv7hf{,eb}; the situation does not
change even for GCC 9.3 with ``memcmp'' fix.

only for earmv7hf{,eb} as far as I can see. Neither earmv6hf{,eb} nor
earmv7{,eb} (softfloat) are affected.
