Pull up following revision(s) (requested by tsutsui in ticket #953):

        usr.sbin/installboot/installboot.8: revision 1.99
        usr.sbin/installboot/installboot.8: revision 1.98

Fix ews4800mips example.  Its raw partition is rsd0p, not rsd0c.
Reduce macro arguments.
