description:
lint: fix LINTFLAGS for lint2

These have never worked since they report a syntax error in
<sys/cdefs.h> just because there is an __inline over there.

I wonder why it has been necessary at all to have custom LINTFLAGS for
lint itself. It's just an ordinary program.
