description:
Update cgd(4) man page.
- Highlight security model at top.
- Add adiantum and aes-xts.
- Split ciphers into `ciphers' and `obsolete ciphers'.
- Specify the parameters to the ciphers: tweak, CBC IV.
- Relegate obsolete `IV method' concept to a much shorter section.
- Add references.
