For netbsd32_statvfs, f_spare should be netbsd32_uint64, not uint64_t.
Fix syscalls using struct statvfs on COMPAT_NETBSD32 on amd64, where
NETBSD32_INT64_ALIGN is __attribute__((__aligned__(4))).
