Fix the crash when ixl(4) sends Get link status command
and receives Get link status response in parallel

sc->sc_link_state_atq.iatq_fn is used in ixl_atq_done_locked()
with sc->sc_atq_lock, but it was cleared in ixl_get_link_status()
without the lock.
