usr.sbin/cpuctl/arch/i386.c: revision 1.125
usr.sbin/cpuctl/arch/i386.c: revision 1.126
usr.sbin/cpuctl/arch/i386.c: revision 1.127
Add Alder Lake, Rocket Lake and Sapphire Rapids. From the latest Intel SDM.
Remove debug code and simplify. No functional change.
Decode Intel Hybrid Information Enumeration (CPUID Fn0000_001a).
