For those of you who'd like to know:

this also was accompanied by some major CVS tree mods.

basically:
	(1) move 'mac' to mac68k and mac/mac to mac68k/mac68k
	(1.1) make some (empty) dirs so that CVS users won't get killed
	(2) delete some extraneous subdirs

since this stuff hadn't been included in an "all-tree" tag previously,
i didn't bother keeping the old 'mac' files around.  (i.e. people
aren't going to be going back in time and expecting it to work,
really, so...)

all of this was at the request of allen briggs.
