Use new options "NFS_BOOT_BOOTP" and "NFS_BOOT_BOOTPARAM" for parts
conditional on a particular configuration method.
The global flags "nfs_boot_rfc951" and "nfs_boot_bootparam" control
independantly if the functions are actually called. (Previous meaning
of "nfs_boot_rfc951" was "either-or".)
