It would make sense to move at least the amd example files back
	into amd. Should ftpd, and supfiles be moved also?

	Also - I didn't see an obvious way to get a Makefile to
	additionally install the example files, most seem to wimp out
	and use a Makefile in a subdir - does that seem the best option?
