Log Message:
Colormaps now work.  Besides a small fencepost error, the real problem
is that the Tadpole 3GX tech-ref-man was WRONG.  The RAMDAC registers
at at 4 byte offsets, not 8.  Once that was discovered, all the code
just worked.
