Log Message:
Update "gtkstep" package to version 1.10:
- fixes some small bugs
- three theme configuration options have been added:
  - enable/disable NeXTSTEP(R) style lists with dark background
  - enable/disable NeXTSTEP(R) style scrollbars (on the bottom left)
  - enable/disable GTK+ style prelighting if mouse is over top of widget
