Pull up revision 1.18 (requested by hubertf):
  A few bundled changes:
   o fix printing of @ignore in pkg_info
   o fix installing of local wildcard dependencies (currently unused)
   o fix deleting of packages that depend on wildcard dependencies
     (not currently activated)
   o code cleanup
