Update to qt-2.1.1, use LIBTOOL and sort PLIST.

Changes are...

Qt 2.1.1 is a bugfix release. It keeps both forward and backward
compatibility (source and binary) with Qt 2.1.

QSpinBox:	Accept '-' key, for negative values

Dnd:		Allow disabling on X11

QFontDatabase:	Use QApplication's charset as default,
		and fixed garbage on Win2000
