Pull up from current (approved by thorpej):

- Add "dependall" target so that "make build" will really uudecode the
  "ld.so" binaries for i386 and sparc.
- Remove bogus "${DESTDIR}/" from "FILESDIR".

basesrc/libexec/ld.aout_so/Makefile	1.29 -> 1.30
