Log Message:
Fix several severe problems that prevented this package from passing its
own tests.
Bump version to 1.1.5nb1

Changes include:
	- make multithreading actually work
	- activate esound backend
	- /dev/dsp -> /dev/audio
	- /dev/cdrom -> /dev/cd?a
	- tons of bugfixes
