Log Message:
- Include "setprogname" in "libbsdcompat" to avoid link error with latest
  NetBSD-current source.
- Remove "cksum" command from Zoularis. It failed to build and has been
  replaced by the "digest" package.
- Add "tar" to Zoularis because it is required for boot strapping from
  Binary package once Zoularis has been turned into a System V package.
