Merge from gnu/dist/gdb:
- Kill KERNEL_U_ADDR stuff, etc. [gwr]
- Provide a descriptive error message if "-k" is used. [gwr]
- Use NO_SOLIB to turn off inclusion of "solib.h". [msaitoh]
