Log Message:
Do not use /usr/libexec/cpp directly on sparc64, instead call "cc -E"
(which, by the way, is what FreeBSD does to).
This works around bogosities of the 1.5.1 toolchain and does no harm
to -current.

XXX Maybe revisit this after the new toolchain structure is in tree.
