Try cross-referencing our VAX and/or hp300 port's ct(4) manpage:

	.Xr ct 4

^- This does not work, as "ct" is some *roff command. Work around
it by adding a non-printing char:

	.Xr c\&t 4

(for all manpages, just in case and out of laziness)
