Log Message:
Pull up revision 1.59 (via patch, requested by chs):
  Change spec_{read,write}() to specify block number in units of
  DEV_BSIZE instead of the device's sector size.  With this,
  /dev/rcd0a and /dev/cd0a returns the same data.  Fixes PR#3261
  and PR#14026.
