My point is that BUILDING is tied to the source tree it resides in, not the
installed binary system. However, given the discussion about kernel compile
instructions, I could see why installing it in /usr/share/doc might be
useful.
So, I could move the .mdoc source there for installing in /usr/share, but
leave the preformatted ones in the top level to provide a ready-to-read
version that is tied to that particular source tree.
