Virtually everyone involved in NetBSD posts about changes they are
making to ask people if they think they're a good idea. Especially
given that you've bumped up against misunderstandings before, wouldn't
it be prudent to do that in the future?

If you continue to insist that no one is willing to work with you and
thus you have to ignore everyone, perhaps soon no one will be willing
to work with you any longer.

If you read through the files you are editing before making changes
you might note that there is an existing style you might wish to try
to remain consistent with. In this case, the style is pretty
obvious. It might be documented somewhere, but I suspect that most
programmers would pick up on it fairly naturally.
