This should get pulled up to netbsd-1-6, right? Otherwise, you'll
have the same library in netbsd-1-6 and current with different version
numbers, which would cause undue pain (unnecessary recompiling) for
those upgrading from NetBSD 1.6.x to the current HEAD or beyond.
