Pull up revision 1.64 (requested by bouyer in ticket #879):
In nfsrv_create(), kill an extra PNBUF_PUT() in the NFSv2 mknod case. The
pnbuf has already been freed by VOP_MKNOD. This should have been removed in
rev 1.60.
Should fix PR 18013, OK'd by fvdl.
