Today's set from this corner:
 o Style fixups of a couple of earlier entries
 o tcp_output.c: don't use segments > 1/2 socket buffer
 o inet6: allow bind() of deprecated address
 o libkern: use __builtin_ffs()
 o if_sip.c: avoid reset/interrupt/reset/interrupt/... loop
 o arm32: use cached access to L1 tables
 o powerpc ansi.h: back out latest change -- causes build problem
