Log Message:
Pull up revision 1.8 (requested by thorpej in ticket #895):
  __mcount uses jsb linkage, so there is no need to skip the
  (non-existent) register save mask.  Profiling now works.
  Also, use asm_fprintf() in FUNCTION_PROFILER.
