Log Message:
* Always include the SR in the gregset.
* Create space for the 32 64-bit double-precision registers used
  in 64-bit ABIs.

This means we don't follow the SVR4 MIPS PS document, but that document
is somewhat out of date with regard to modern MIPS processors.
