Pull up revision 1.73 (requested by jdc in ticket #1068):
Wscons terminals (wsvt25) have 25 lines, so we shouldn't use the vt220
initialisation sequence (which sets the scrolling region to the top 24
lines).
Noticed by Martin Husemann.
