Pullup revisions 1.42-1.44 (requested by bouyer in ticket #1121)
 Bzero the part of the buffer used to pad the packet to
 ETHER_MIN_LEN - ETHER_CRC_LEN.
 Pass proper len to word_zero().
 Bump totlen in the last wantsbyte case, so that it's always even.
