Exactly why I changed it to use ovbcopy().

Unless someone else wants to maintain netipsec (and opencrypto): me,
I'd sooner keep using the compat macros for netipsec, and keep
our code  in synch with Sam Leffler's code, thanks all the same.
Pointless code-thrash is ... well, pointless.
