Note that you require Irix>=6.5.17, as that is the earliest version which
provides support for if_indextoname(3) and friends.  Pointed out by
Bas van Oostveen.

Also note that if the pkgsrc is NFS mounted from a different host, you
may run into odd problems with the linker.  Thus, set WRKOBJDIR to a local
directory.
