Log Message:
On operating systems which don't define "SIZE_T_MAX" (NetBSD does) define
it to "ULONG_MAX" if possible. This should avoid problems on non-NetBSD
64Bit platforms (e.g. Solaris). Based on a suggestion made by
Christoph Egger in private e-mail.
