My apologies - this was actually a move from a 4-clause licence to
a 2-clause licence, removing clauses 3 and 4 from the licence.

FYI, Clause 3 is the advertising clause, and clause 4 is the clause
prohibiting endorsement or promotion without specific prior
permission.
