	* config/tc-mips.c (mips_validate_fix): Do not warn about branch
	target being a global symbol if not compiling SVR4 PIC code.

Fixes warnings compiling MIPS kernels.  Problem noticed by Izumi Tsutsui
on the port-pmax list.
