If everyone claims XF3 server should not be added anymore,
I'll just backout all the changes. Unfortunately, no one
is working on XF4 support for dreamcast (or hpcmips), though.

Of course I know sooner is better, and XF4 is better than XF3,
but I'm afraid it couldn't happen _soon_.
(Best or nothing? Or better than nothing? I have no idea.)
