umass also has atapi attribute so `atapibus* at atapi?' is enough.

It's definitely a bug of config(9) or umass(4), so
you should file a PR and note doc/HACK about your changes.
With a quick grance to kern/subr_autoconf.c, I can't see
any clue how such situation could happen..
