Hmm, some 32-bit platform (i.e. arc) uses 64-bit paddr_t,
so this change may break something.
(though arc port doesn't use dev/arcbios yet)
This change also breaks arcemu.c:
../../../../arch/sgimips/sgimips/arcemu.c:70: \
warning: initialization from incompatible pointer type
../../../../arch/sgimips/sgimips/arcemu.c:71: \
warning: initialization from incompatible pointer type
