I accept what you say, but still want to completely discourage people
from using these flags; that's why they were left in the code (to keep
``existing scripts'' working...) and removed from the docs.

Although I doubt anyone is using these flags, and certainly think
we're making too big of a deal out of them, I'm willing to add notes
about these flags back to the man-page if you insist. ;)
