lmc already matches with priority 100. That will always beat de (1)
and tlp (10).
If you install an LMC card and don't include the lmc driver, then de
or tlp could match, but what is the harm in that? It probably
wouldn't do anything because it would fail to find Ethernet media (no
ISV SROM, so it would fall into the "sorry, don't know how to handle
your card" case in tlp, at least).
