Pull up following revision(s) (requested by uwe in ticket #1096):
	lib/libc/arch/sh3/gen/swapcontext.S: revision 1.6
Use PLT for PIC calls.  Makes the called functions overridable and
avoids text reloc in the shared library.
Same non-PIC code generated.
