* Add an "iso-image" target in the top level Makefile,
  which invokes make iso-image in the etc directory.
* Add an "iso-image" action in build.sh, which
  invokes make iso-image.
* Document the above in doc/BUILDING.mdoc.
* Re-generate BUILDING.
