Pull up following revision(s) (requested by drochner in ticket #1287):
        sys/compat/osf1/osf1_misc.c: revision 1.72
- -Consistently check the buffer length in getsysinfo(),
 and require one additional byte for string termination
 in the GSI_PLATFORM_NAME case.
 This should fix PR kern/33198 by Nicolas Joly.
- -Make sysinfo() behave more like the original: return
 the length needed and copy out as much as possible.
