This is wrong. The entry on CHANGES.prev is okay, but it doesn't make  
any sense to add it to CHANGES. You must request a pullup for the  
netbsd-4 branch (with a patch) asking for the inclusion of your entry  
in src/doc/CHANGES *on that branch*.
